Donato and Mimi De Ieso have more than 40 years combined experience as qualified Chefs and their passion for quality food and service shows in every wedding reception they host. They take great pride in ensuring that couples realise their perfect wedding day, offering a choice of menu and drink packages or working with you to custom a package that will suit your needs and budget. Food tastings are available for peace of mind so that you will know exactly what your guests will experience on your big day.

Menus reflect Donato and Mimi’s passion for the art of Mediterranean Cuisine and include sensational antipasto platters, fresh seafood including prawns, oysters and salmon, a range of delectable pasta dishes, tender meats, exotic main courses and traditional desserts.


The bride and groom can relax with their guests in the ambience of the Grand Ballroom’s elegant interior, knowing every detail is taken care of. The setting is one of opulence and elegance, where draped fabrics, chandeliers and fairy lights set a mood of romantic intimacy. It’s everything you’ve dreamed about for your special day.


The Grand Ballroom can seat from less than 100 guests to around 500 guests in style, with complete room set-up included in the price, including white linen tablecloths and skirted bridal, cake and gift tables, and personalised printed menus on each table. A private area is also available for pre-dinner drinks and canapés, and other inclusive facilities include a full sized dance floor, and a PA system for speeches.
